Our firm is built around the experience and expertise of our founding partners

All of our work is conducted by small teams consisting of one or more highly experienced directors or principals.  The Vizier Advisors team that you meet upfront will continue to work with you throughout our engagement.

We have no juniors in the firm.  We therefore do not have to take on inappropriate engagements to 'feed the hungry mouths', neither do we expect our clients to pay 'school fees' to train and develop younger consultants.  There are many consulting firms that act as excellent nurseries for aspiring / budding consultants - this is not our model.
